We make sure you receive financial assistance in critical care & support:
Your loved one is ill and in need of care and should receive 24-hour intensive care? Who pays for the treatment and to what extent? Is the health insurance company responsible for this or the long-term care insurance company?
If home intensive care is medically necessary, the health insurance company must also cover the costs. The nursing service (e.g. Coravita Intensive Care) then negotiates the hourly rate with the health insurance company. All nursing services in the form of basic care, meal preparation, hygiene and much more are covered by the nursing degree, which the patients receive from the nursing care insurance.
In most cases, no co-payment is required. Tracheal cannula change, medication administration or suctioning is covered by health insurance by doctor’s prescription. As a rule, there is still a classification in the long-term care insurance. In the nursing report, the Medical Service (MD) determines the so-called basic care times. The health insurance company may then credit half of this.

Care reimbursements: It is measured according to the individual’s care and nursing needs and the outpatient care contracts concluded with the health insurance funds.
The largest part of the costs is covered by the health insurance or nursing care insurance, in case of low income or assets, all costs are fully covered by social assistance or housing allowance.
The costs incurred for living in one of our apartments consist of the following items: Rent, heating, operating and utilities costs (often flat rate). These are the “normal” costs of a rented apartment.
